SAP Security & GRC Consultant ( Hyderabad)

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Security & GRC Consultant

to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role demands deep expertise in SAP Security and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) across implementation, support, and upgrade projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional and technical understanding of security concepts, SoD risks, role design, and hands-on configuration of SAP GRC components.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SAP Security and GRC projects including implementation, upgrades, and ongoing support.

Design, build, and maintain roles and authorizations in SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, and SAP Fiori.

Configure and administer GRC Access Control modules including ARA, ARM, BRM, and EAM.

Perform SoD risk analysis and remediation in coordination with business and audit teams.

Collaborate with project teams to align security solutions with business needs.

Conduct periodic role reviews, user access reviews, and provide audit support.

Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues and ensure compliance with security standards.

Stay updated on the latest SAP security threats, patches, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.

Expertise in role design / redesign for S / 4HANA and ECC systems.

Experience with SAP GRC configuration and customization.

Strong understanding of SoD, audit, and compliance requirements.

Familiarity with integrations to non-SAP systems and cloud platforms is a plus.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

SAP Security or GRC certification is a plus.

Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, manufacturing) is desirable.
