We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and highly result-driven Lead Generator who can fuel our growth by consistently bringing high-quality prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, email, web research & industry listings .
- Qualify leads based on business need, budget, and decision hierarchy .
- Craft compelling introductions and initiate conversations with decision-makers (CTOs, CEOs, IT Heads) .
- Plan and run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn + email sequences) .
- Maintain and update lead pipelines, CRM & reporting dashboards .
- Work closely with the Business Development team to hand over qualified leads .
- Continuously improve targeting strategies and conversion ratios.
Required Skills
Excellent English communication (written + spoken) — must be able to confidently converse with international clients .Proven lead-generation experience in IT services / SaaS / ERP / software development .Strong research capability & understanding of business structures.Excellent written & verbal communication.Hands-on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, email sequencing tools (Apollo, Instantly, etc.) .Should understand sales funnels, ICPs, and prospect behavior .Proactive, analytical, and numbers driven .Preferred (Bonus)
Experience working with Odoo, ERP, or tech product companies .Understanding of agency service models and tech project life cycles .Prior experience working with international markets (US, EU, Middle East, APAC) .How to Apply
