About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Site Infra Lead – IT Infra Operations to manage and oversee IT infrastructure and operations at our site. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data center management , infrastructure monitoring , and team leadership .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Infrastructure Operations & Monitoring (Servers, Storage, LAN / WAN)
- Oversee Data Center Operations
- Handle Backup & Recovery Management
- Ensure smooth Site IT Operations (Incident Resolution, EDR / Antivirus, Patching)
- Administer Servers and LAN / WAN
- Manage Users & Devices, Configure Alerts
- Operate IT Tools :
- ManageEngine, PRTG
- Veritas / Veeam / Data Protection
- CrowdStrike EDR, CyberArk PAM
- Implement ITSM Processes : Asset, Ticket, Problem, Incident & Change Management
- Ensure Pharma IT Compliance and Computer System Validation (CSV)
