Job descriptionLead and deliver multiple projects on time, within scope and budget. Coordinate with clients & teams to define goals, deliverables, and timelines. Review code, technical design, and quality standards . Manage resources, risks, and dependencies effectively. Drive Agile ceremonies , reporting, and process improvements. Ensure high team performance through clarity, accountability, and direction .
📍 Location : Kolkata (Work from Office)
🕒 Experience : 8–12 Years (5–6 Years in Project Management)
📅 Schedule : Monday to Friday | Full-time
Requirements
- Minimum 8–12 years in IT with 5–6 years managing projects end-to-end.
- Former developer with hands-on coding experience; able to review technical work / code .
- Strong in Agile / Scrum, SDLC, and project delivery frameworks.
- Skilled in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Confluence , or similar tools.
- Excellent planning, estimation, risk & stakeholder management .
- Proven ability to lead teams with a proactive, assertive, and accountable approach.
- PMP / CSM / PRINCE2 certification preferred.
