About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Administrator who can take ownership of our mixed infrastructure spanning on-prem datacenters and AWS. This role demands strong hands-on expertise in Windows, Linux, VMware, and enterprise-grade messaging systems, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer, support, and optimize Windows and Linux server environments across test and production systems.
• Drive security hardening, patching cycles, OS upgrades, and compliance requirements.
• Build and deliver solutions across both platforms based on business and operational needs.
• Manage and maintain IBM MQ environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of VMware infrastructure including provisioning, monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Handle routine system tasks such as backup operations, DR readiness, environment hygiene, and

configuration changes.
