• Job Responsibilities :
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and networking.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to grasp job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring prompt feedback and closure.
• Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Cultivate strong candidate relationships for a positive hiring experience.
• Required Skills & Experience :
• #3–7 years of IT recruitment experience (permanent / contract staffing).
• Proficiency in sourcing for skills like Java, Full Stack, SAP, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
