Job Title : Project Manager – Infrastructure / Infrastructure Specialist- PM (M&A)

Location : Gurugram / Gurgaon(Hybrid)

Job Profile Summary

  • The Project Manager will lead large, complex projects and full life cycle programs.
  • This position is responsible for the entire project scope and project needs to ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • The Project Manager will coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, clients, and business units, in addition to managing stakeholder expectations.

Essential Functions

  • Business Analysis
  • Analyze and gather requirements
  • Draw up SOW and Business Case documents
  • Project and Program Demand Management

    Project and Program Initiation, Planning, and Execution

  • Develop detailed project plans
  • Assign resources and coordinate activities
  • Manage resources (time, budget, people, etc.)
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Conduct steering committee meetings and utilize communication plans
  • Maintain real-time visibility for projects, including RAID logs, dashboards, and reporting
  • Prepare test cases and obtain stakeholder sign-off
  • Leadership

  • Develop communication plans and cadence
  • Facilitate project meetings and steering committee calls
  • Risk Management

  • Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and adherence to review boards
  • Reporting

  • Provide project / program status reports to project teams, steering committee, and senior leadership
  • Use dashboards within the PM tool to ensure compliance with PMO governance standards
  • Project Closure

  • Ensure proper project closure is completed
  • Hand over documentation to helpdesk / support teams
  • Conduct benefits realization and project surveys
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project among all stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and ensure clear, regular communication on project status
  • Additional Responsibilities

  • Flexibility for calls with regional counterparts or stakeholders in other time zones
  • Collaborate with the PMO team on the rollout of PMO governance, standards, and assistance to business units
  • Required Skills

  • Ability to work independently to complete projects and tasks
  • Proficiency in understanding and communicating IT-related concepts, technologies (especially networking), and industry methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Wrike, Jira, and MS Project
  • Proven experience managing successful teams and resolving complex issues
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present key information clearly
  • Proven track record of delivering projects within time, scope, budget, and resource constraints
  • Experience managing large, complex projects
  • Experience coordinating remotely with IT teams across Asia Pacific
  • Ability to drive weekly project meetings, send weekly project summaries, and proactively follow up on outstanding items independently
  • Preferred Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6+ years of IT project and program management experience
  • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum (preferred)
  • Experience working in an MNC environment, preferably with Asia Pacific exposure
  • Prior experience managing IT hardware upgrade and IT network migration projects across multiple countries
  • Environment

  • 100% performed in a climate-controlled office environment under normal working conditions.
  • Regular activities include sitting, standing, walking, using hands and fingers to handle objects, reaching, talking, and hearing.
  • Occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching required; must be able to lift or exert force up to 13 kg.
