Job Title : Associate Financial PlannerLocation : RemoteSalary Range : ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per monthExperience : Freshers or 1–2 years in financial planning or related rolesCFP or Pursuing CFP is mandatory.About the Role : We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Financial Planner who will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. As an associate, you will act as the bridge between the client and our internal support team, as well as between the lead advisor and the client.Your role is crucial in helping clients feel supported, understood, and guided at every step of their financial journey. You’ll work closely with senior advisors to execute financial plans, coordinate client meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups, all while developing your skills in financial planning and client communication.What You’ll Do : Coordinate across teams : Act as the communication bridge between the lead advisor, internal support teams, and the client to ensure that all planning-related tasks are executed efficiently and on time.Support client meetings : Prepare meeting notes, collect relevant data, and help structure financial plans. Join client meetings alongside the lead advisor and ensure all action items are tracked and completed.Assist in financial planning : Work closely with the lead advisor to build and update financial plans, run basic analyses, and prepare investment summaries and reports for client discussions.Manage follow-ups : Ensure timely follow-ups after client meetings, track deliverables, and update internal systems to keep the planning process moving forward smoothly.Maintain client records : Organize and update client documentation, investment details, and financial goals in our systems to ensure easy access and compliance.Enable a seamless client experience : Be proactive in resolving client queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every client feels supported throughout their financial journey.Requirements : A fresher or a candidate with up to 2 years of relevant experience in financial services or wealth managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with deadlinesEager to learn and take initiative in a dynamic team environmentComfortable working with financial tools, software, and spreadsheetsPreferably a graduate in finance, commerce, or a related field (CFP students or aspirants are a plus)Important : Please do not apply without carefully reading the full job description above.
