Technical Recruiter - India

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Technical Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process. You will use your effective communication skills, along with your organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients. This is a hybrid role in Bangalore, India! Employee will need to work onsite 2-3 days a week. Travel and Food included!

This position will involve full cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, testing, managing the hiring manager relationship, negotiating, employment branding, benefit, and culture questions, follow through after the candidate is hired.

What you need :

• 10+ years of recruiting experience supporting major tech giants (e.g., large-scale, high-growth technology / product organizations)
• Candidates should have a proven track record managing complex technical roles, partnering with senior stakeholders, and navigating fast-paced, highly matrixed environments
• Experience recruiting in a metrics-driven environment with heavy phone time required.
• Experience conducting intake / recalibration calls with hiring leaders – be their strategic & collaborative partner.
• Ability to provide a seamless, white-glove experience to candidates and hiring leaders.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to multi-task & adapt to changing situations.
• PC Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to navigate within various technology systems.
