Our client is looking for a Peoplesoft System & Security Administrator to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for supporting system administration and security functions within PeopleSoft. The role will primarily focus on production support to maintain the integrity of our existing PeopleSoft environments.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

  • System and Security administration of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 / PeopleTools 8.59.
  • HCM application audit support. Focal point for internal and external audit for annual audits and ad hoc requests.
  • HCM application IT controls steward. Responsible for documenting application / access controls and working with IT governance and audit to ensure processes are approved and completed accurately.
  • Perform on-going PeopleSoft HCM security requests.
  • Apply and support PeopleSoft application and tax updates.
  • Perform project migrations and environment creations and refreshes.
  • Administer and troubleshoot PeopleSoft technical environment. Including, but not limited to, PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), Oracle databases, Tuxedo Application Servers, WebLogic servers.
  • Apply Oracle and Linux patches.
  • Apply OS updates for both Windows and Linux.
  • Apply and support PeopleSoft application and tax updates.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Teams to support the PeopleSoft application (DBA, Network, Windows & Linux Administrators).
  • Participate in annual disaster recovery exercises.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners to troubleshoot issues.
  • Perform complex analysis and problem solving.
  • Provide 24 / 7 production support as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum of 6+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience.
  • Advanced understanding of PeopleSoft Application Server administration.
  • Advanced understanding of IT Security architecture and administration including user provisioning.
  • Understands IT risks & controls, specifically SOX controls.
  • Experience with Linux and Windows Server administration.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle databases 19c or 12c.
  • Understanding of web technologies including IIS and Certificates.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of network architecture.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage a diverse workload and communicate while under pressure.
  • Excellent collaboration skills in working together with others across all IT segments.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • PeopleSoft & AD specific security administration and configuration.
  • Understands application integrations technologies and security.
  • Experienced at managing AWS EC2 Instances.
  • Splunk query experience
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft Test Framework.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture (Azure, AWS).
  • SQL / Oracle scripting or query experience
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting experience
