Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for an Operations Manager . The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include managing timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, monitoring project execution, and maintaining operational standards. The role will also require identifying opportunities for optimization, ensuring resource allocation, and supporting leadership in strategic decision-making. The role includes overseeing the departments of Production, Purchase, Projects, Sales & Marketing, Finance & Accounts, and Human Resources.

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in leadership, team coordination, and resource allocation
• Knowledge of supply chain management and operational processes
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in operational tools, systems, or relevant technology
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Minimum 15-20 years of experience in Operations Management
• Experience in the architectural or construction industry is a plus
