About the Role
Rentkar is looking for an energetic and responsible Sales & Partnerships Executive who can manage vendor relations, handle customer queries, and onboard lenders or partners to expand our rental ecosystem. The role involves both relationship management and business development with a focus on smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Partnerships & Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and onboard vendors, suppliers, and lending partners for product sourcing and co-ownership.
- Maintain updated vendor databases, product listings, and pricing details.
- Negotiate rates, timelines, and agreements with vendors.
- Customer Query Handling
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social platforms.
- Assist customers with booking support, rental terms, and issue resolutions.
- Maintain a professional, helpful, and quick response standard in all communication.
- Lender Onboarding & Coordination
- Reach out to potential lenders or owners willing to list their products on Rentkar.
- Guide them through the documentation, verification, and payout processes.
- Manage end-to-end coordination from onboarding to active listing.
- Sales & Business Development
- Support the sales team in converting leads into active customers.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.
- Assist in preparing reports on partnerships, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
- Cross-Team Coordination
- Work closely with the operations, finance, and legal teams for smooth execution of agreements and payments.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all vendors and lenders.
