This is not just another PM role. You’ll be at the helm of product innovation in an AI & product-first company working directly with founders to craft category-defining user experiences, drive adoption, and create growth loops that stick.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered product & features from ideation to launch and scale
• Deep-dive into markets, user behaviour, and competitive landscapes to uncover hidden opportunities
• Define and drive product roadmaps in collaboration with engineering, design, and growth teams
• Experiment, iterate, and embed growth loops into the product
• Improve monetisation strategies and evolve business models for scale
• Champion the voice of the user, ensuring delightful experiences that turn first-time users into lifelong advocates
• Use data as your compass : track, analyse, and optimise for impact

Shronit, is an educator, TEDx speaker, state topper & early angel investor in some of India’s top startups. While Gargi has previously built the B2B-to-B2C & offline-to-online transition that helped her last business go public!
