Sales Representative
Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to drive growth across key markets in Barasat. This field-based role focuses on achieving sales targets through direct client engagement, strategic site visits, and active store presence. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers while ensuring consistent performance through accurate reporting and proactive business development. A two-wheeler is required for daily operations, and the role demands a self-driven, customer-focused approach to deliver measurable results in a competitive market.
Responsibilities :
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key customers including painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers.
- Conduct a minimum of two site visits per day to identify new opportunities and support project execution.
- Dedicate at least two hours daily to on-site store engagement and customer support.
- Organize and lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to enhance collaboration and performance.
- Submit accurate and timely daily sales reports via the online portal.
Requirements
Requirements :
Valid two-wheeler and driving license (mandatory for field operations).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trust and rapport.Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by targets with a proactive mindset.Minimum qualification : 12th pass; graduation preferred.6 months to 1 year of experience in channel sales (e.g., AP, Akzo, Laminates, Plywood, Electricals, Lubricants). Freshers or candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with strong sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.Benefits

EXP- 6 months to 1 year in Sales Experience , freshers are also welcome
