Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, polished, and client-ready Client Solutions Executive to represent both Brainwave Science and Basil Health.

This is a high-engagement, travel-intensive role where you will present our technologies , deliver demos , build strong client relationships , and support conversion of prospects into strategic partners .

You will work closely with Sales, Technology, and Testing teams to ensure exceptional client experiences across India and worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent our neurotechnology and wellness products in meetings, conferences, on-site visits, and international trips.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and hands-on demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Serve as the face of the company during client interactions, creating a strong professional first impression.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, decision-makers, and partners to drive conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of demonstrations, PoCs, and client visits.
  • Collect client feedback and relay insights to internal teams to enhance product positioning.
  • Support outreach efforts and contribute ideas to strengthen brand visibility and communication.

Who You Are

  • A confident communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication, or related technical fields .
  • Comfortable with 80% travel and fast-paced, client-facing environments.
  • Exceptionally polished, articulate, and professional in diverse client settings.
  • Passionate about technology, neuroscience, wellness, and innovation.
  • Able to quickly learn complex technical products and explain them simply.
  • Preferred : Female candidates with a strong executive presence (IITs / NITs / BITS or similar institutes).
