About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on
HR Manager
to oversee all human resources operations for our Vadodara office. The ideal candidate will have
strong local HR experience , with in-depth knowledge of
Indian labor laws, statutory compliance, employee relations, and talent management . This role requires a people-first leader who can balance operational efficiency with a positive and engaging workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee all core HR functions including
recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance .
Ensure adherence to
local statutory requirements
such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, and labor law regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and coordinate timely hiring with the recruitment team.
Lead and implement
employee engagement programs , retention strategies, and performance management processes.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions with fairness, empathy, and confidentiality.
Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure compliance and process improvement.
Support training and development initiatives to strengthen employee skills and career growth.
Drive organizational culture initiatives aligned with company values and business goals.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration
Minimum of
5-7 years of HR experience
with a strong background in
local Indian HR operations .
Proven experience managing HR in
on-site or domestic companies
(non-offshore).
Strong knowledge of Indian
labor laws and statutory compliance .
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office applications.
