Travel required : Saudi Arabia for 3 months

Job Responsibilities :

  • We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Master Data Management to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery.
  • You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and data governance leads to define, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for MDM projects.
  • The candidate must be open for onsite travel to Saudi Arabia for 3 - 6 months.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for MDM and data governance initiatives.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and data models. Conduct workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and training activities. Maintain business process documentation and change logs.

Primary Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in MDM / Data Governance or ERP master data projects.
  • Strong understanding of data domains such as Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM
  • Master.
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Ataccama, Stibo, etc.). Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modelling, use
  • case modelling, and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Certification(s) in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) and / or MDM / PIM (e.g., Certified Information Management Professional - CIMP) is a plus.
