Position Summary
US Healthcare Recruiter overseeing end-to-end recruitment in the US healthcare space with a commission-based payment structure. This is a Part-Time position, work remotely at any time and from anywhere.
Core Competencies Required
- Experience with full recruitment cycles across the healthcare continuum, positions including but not limited to RNs, LPNs, allied health, and physicians.
- Experience in healthcare credentials verification processes, including state license, board certifications, DEA, CAQH, etc.
- Experience working with and knowledge of healthcare-related compliance in multiple states, including HIPAA, Joint Commission, and CMS.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment automation.
- Experience in multiple platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and healthcare job boards.
