Full Stack Engineer

Role : Sr. Full Stack Developer(Python)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python and React, along with strong proficiency in working with relational and analytical databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of end-to-end web applications.

Architect and implement scalable backend services using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Build dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces using React and modern JavaScript.

Design and optimize database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Databricks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management.

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Ensure best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Lead multiple concurrent projects and small teams.

Flexible to work with Onsite & Offshore teams.

Required Qualifications :

5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.

Strong command of Python and backend frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

Experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and Databricks.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker / Kubernetes).

Experience with Git, CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in teams.

Preferred Skills : (Just a plus)

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiar with different AI technologies and usages
