Job Description – Full Stack Developer (React.js, Next.js, Node.js)

Position Title : Full Stack Developer

Experience Required : 1–3 years

Location : Hyderabad

Employment Type : Full-time

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Full Stack Developer with React.js, Next.js (with SEO optimization skills), and Node.js expertise. The candidate will work on developing high-performance, SEO-friendly web applications and scalable backend services.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using React.js and Next.js .
Implement SEO best practices in Next.js applications (server-side rendering, meta tags, structured data, performance optimization).
Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services with Node.js / Express.js .
Work with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) for efficient data management.
Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize performance across frontend and backend.
Collaborate with UI / UX designers, product managers, and QA teams for smooth delivery.
Stay updated on the latest frontend / backend and SEO trends to improve application quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Strong proficiency in :

Frontend : React.js, Next.js (SSR & SSG), Redux / Context API, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.

SEO : Knowledge of on-page SEO, Core Web Vitals, performance optimization, structured data, sitemap, and meta tags within Next.js.

Backend : Node.js, Express.js.

Experience with databases (MongoDB preferred; MySQL / PostgreSQL a plus).

Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

Version control with Git / GitHub / GitLab .

Basic understanding of cloud deployment (AWS / Azure / GCP) and CI / CD pipelines is a plus.

Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Proactive, quick learner, and adaptable to new technologies.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to manage time and deliver tasks within deadlines.
