We provide authenticated, enhanced data and analytics, innovative fit-for-purpose healthcare technology, and the expertise to enable an effective and adaptable marketing model that drives better quality of care and patient outcomes.The Campaign Operations Team supports internal and external stakeholders using the IQVIA Media Operating System (IMOS) which is a healthcare marketing and analytics platform, powering some of the largest pharmaceutical brands and media agencies in the US.Job Responsibilities : Manage the setup of digital advertising campaigns in IQVIA’s advertising technology platform which is called the ‘IQVIA Media Operating System (IMOS)’Ensure digital advertising campaigns are quality checked, both new and change ordersConduct campaign budget quality checksMonitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve the best return on investment (ROI) while ensuring targets are metRoutinely generate and analyse reports on campaign performance metrics to present findings to the IQVIA Digital Platform Services Team (internal stakeholders, client facing)Create comprehensive reports for clients and update them periodically (Weekly, Biweekly)Streamline operations using standardization and semi-automations wherever possibleSupport Platform Services Team on ad-hoc projectsQualificationsA degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferredA minimum of 1+ years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing, or a similar role is requiredStrong understanding of digital advertising technologies and platforms (i.e. ad serving platforms and / or demand side platforms like Xandr and Trade Desk)Proficient Excel and analytical skillsAbility to analyze data and make data-driven decisionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesPreferredExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and marketing automation tools (i.e. Salesforce) is a plusFamiliarity with data transformation tools like Alteryx is a plus
