Location : Pune

Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Fusion PPM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, configuring PPM modules, and providing expertise in Oracle Cloud best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including :
  • Project Financial Management
  • Project Costing
  • Project Billing
  • Project Contracts
  • Project Execution Management
  • Lead and support complete Oracle Fusion PPM implementation cycles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare functional specifications.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion PPM modules in alignment with business needs.
  • Provide guidance on solution design, best practices, and process optimization.
  • Conduct system testing, user training, and UAT support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle PPM modules.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and customizations.
  • Prepare documentation including functional specs, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Stay current with Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess their impact on existing configurations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum 10 years of hands- on experience with Oracle Fusion PPM modules.
  • Deep understanding of project accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proven experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and post-go-live support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
