Mandatory Skill : PMGM, Succession, and CDP modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and support

PMGM, Succession , and

CDP

modules.

Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle (requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.

Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients for successful project delivery.

Requirements : Minimum

6.5 years of total experience

with strong exposure to SAP SuccessFactors.

Proven experience with

at least one end-to-end implementation

in any of the listed modules.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

SuccessFactors certification (preferred but not mandatory).
