We are hiring Inside Sales Executive (Transactional Sales Executive) / for our company.

in Biotechnology or related field

Key Responsibilities :
Engage with customers via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote and sell Life Science instruments such as PCR / qPCR / RT-PCR systems, NGS platforms, gel documentation systems, and other related lab equipment.
Understand customer requirements, research appropriate products / solutions, and provide technical information in collaboration with the product or application team.
Generate leads through follow-ups, campaigns, and inbound queries.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales orders
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data in CRM.
Meet assigned inside sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
0–5 years of experience in inside sales, technical sales, customer support, or pre-sales (preferably in life sciences domain).
Good understanding of molecular biology techniques and instruments such as PCR / qPCR, RT-PCR, NGS, electrophoresis, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
