As the Senior Manager – Quantity Surveying at ABAD Builders, you will lead and oversee all quantity surveying functions across the organization's construction projects. This strategic role requires deep expertise in cost estimation, contract administration, and financial management, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and in compliance with industry standards. You will provide leadership to the QS team, foster stakeholder collaboration, and drive the implementation of best practices to enhance overall project performance.

• Lead, manage, and supervise quantity surveying operations across multiple construction projects. Oversee the preparation of accurate cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts. Manage contract administration, procurement processes, and risk assessments. Collaborate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure cost control and value optimization. Drive efficiency and continuous improvement in QS processes, tools, and methodologies. Prepare, analyze, and present detailed cost, progress, and financial reports to senior management. Ensure all QS activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Mentor, train, and develop junior quantity surveyors, fostering a culture of professional growth and excellence.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering-Minimum years of progressive experience in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership capacity (Candidates who have worked in the Gulf region before will have an advantage) Strong understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC or equivalent). Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and mitigate financial risks. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in cost management and project control software such as CostX, MS Project, or similar tools.
