Job Summary

We are seeking skilled

Automation QA Engineers

with hands-on experience in

Salesforce testing

and

automation frameworks . The ideal candidate will design and execute comprehensive test strategies for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and eCommerce Cloud to ensure high-quality and reliable product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain

automation test scripts

using

Selenium

within an

Agile / Scrum

and

DevOps

environment.

Perform

functional, regression, and integration testing

for Salesforce applications.

Utilize Salesforce testing tools such as

Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench

for validation and data management.

Create and maintain detailed

test cases, test plans, and test scripts

covering various Salesforce Clouds.

Identify, log, and track defects in the defect management system and collaborate closely with developers to ensure resolution.

Verify

data integrity and consistency

across multiple Salesforce modules and integrations.

Conduct

end-to-end testing

for Salesforce processes, including

custom Apex and Visualforce components .

Ensure that all Salesforce

customizations, configurations, and integrations

meet defined business and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4–8 years of experience in

QA Automation

with a focus on

Salesforce applications .

Strong proficiency in

Selenium WebDriver ,

TestNG / JUnit , and test automation frameworks.

Hands-on experience using

Salesforce Inspector, Data Loader, and Workbench .

Deep understanding of

Salesforce Clouds

(Sales, Service, Marketing, and eCommerce).

Experience with

Agile / Scrum methodologies

and

DevOps practices .

Familiarity with

API testing tools

(Postman, REST Assured) is an added advantage.

Salesforce Administration certification

or equivalent practical experience in Salesforce testing.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to

CI / CD pipelines

and integration testing in a Salesforce ecosystem.

Knowledge of

Apex testing frameworks

and

Visualforce validation .

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
