Vispala Technologies is seeking a high energy Senior Sales Professional for Prosthetic Products, responsible for driving the adoption of innovative product solutions among clinics, hospitals, government agencies, and non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Senior Sales Professional to manage and grow our market presence in India and other developing countries. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented relationship builder, responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting and clinical demonstrations to account management and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities and target customers within clinics, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, government agencies, and NGOs.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including prosthetists and orthotists, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and purchasing departments.
- Product Expertise & Demonstration : Conduct in-depth product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the clinical benefits and technical aspects of our prosthetic products to diverse audiences.
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- After-Sales Support : Coordinate ongoing product support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to ensure customer satisfaction and proper device usage.
- Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Documentation & Reporting : Utilize CRM software to meticulously track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies and optimize product offerings.
- Event Participation : Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and training sessions for networking and lead generation.
Qualifications :
Education : A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related technical field is typically required. A degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics (P&O) is highly desirable.Experience : Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in medical device sales or a related healthcare field, with a verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills :
Strong technical understanding of P&O products or the ability to quickly learn complex medical information.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with strong time management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.A passion for improving patient outcomes and the ability to build trust with clinicians and patients.Travel :
Willingness to travel frequently up to 50% of work time to meet with clients and attend events.
