About the Role

Our client, a

leading global consulting firm , is seeking experienced

SAP S / 4 HANA professionals

to join their Industrial Practice team. This role focuses on delivering

large-scale ERP transformations, business process re-engineering, and solution architecture

for global Fortune 500 clients.

You’ll work closely with top executives, industry experts, and technology specialists to drive

digital transformation strategies

and implement SAP S / 4 HANA platforms across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

SAP S / 4 HANA ERP-enabled business design, value assessments, and process improvements .

Act as a

Functional Solution Architect

for end-to-end RFPs and client solutions.

Partner with clients to scope requirements, define use cases, and create SAP roadmaps.

Design and deliver

innovative SAP solutions

leveraging advanced ERP capabilities.

Support business development with proposals, solution plans, and delivery approaches.

Drive

large-scale transformation & implementation engagements

across industrial verticals.

Collaborate with global teams and manage key onshore / offshore stakeholders.

Your Experience Counts!

7–15 years

of SAP S / 4 HANA (MM / SD / PP / QM / EWM / IBP) delivery experience.

MBA from a

Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School

is required.

Experience in

4–5 large-scale SAP implementations / transformation programs .

Proven track record of working as

Solution / Functional Architect

in 4–5 RFPs.

Strong client-facing experience in at least

5–6 major engagements .

Industry experience in

manufacturing, industrial products, logistics, or related verticals

preferred.

Excellent project management, stakeholder handling, and communication skills.
