Job Title : UI / UX Designer

Location : Pune

Experience Required : 1–2 years

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging, intuitive, and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all platforms.
Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Apply a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development, ensuring the feasibility of proposed designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

1–2 years of professional experience as a UI / UX Designer.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand front-end implementation and collaborate effectively with developers.

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.

Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.

Good understanding of HTML / CSS basics (a plus, not mandatory).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

A portfolio showcasing UI / UX design projects is mandatory.

Nice to Have :

Knowledge of motion design / animations.

Experience with design systems and component libraries.

Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
