Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Portfolio Manager based in Kolkata. To convert prospects into buyers, conduct site visits, and close property sales while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving monthly revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Portfolio Management and Investments
• Stay updated on real estate trends, competitor projects, pricing, and locality insights.
• Effective communication and client management skills.
• Basic computer skills(Excel,Ms-Word).
• Good command over English, Hindi, Bangla.
• Strong communication & negotiation.
