Responsibilities :

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :

  • Identify and target potential clients for contract staffing solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their workforce needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Market Research and Analysis :

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market conditions related to contract staffing.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team on market dynamics and potential areas for growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development :

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within upGrad Rekrut's suite of services.
  • Proposal Creation and Presentation :

  • Prepare compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of upGrad Rekrut's contract staffing solutions.
  • Present proposals to clients in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Address client inquiries and objections effectively.
  • Contract Negotiation :

  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both upGrad Rekrut and the client.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contractual agreements.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting :

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to business development efforts.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development, with a focus on contract staffing or workforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and contract staffing trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
