As a clinic receptionist you are an ambassador for the clinic in all your interactions whether its meeting and greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic or answering the phone to respond to enquiries.
Duties
- Greeting patients and logging in their information into the software
- make sure vitals are checked before doctor consultation
- guide the patient during their visit
- Reception desk accounting
- book keeping
