Role Summary :

VMware Engineer to manage and support our on-premises VMware Datacenter Virtualization technologies with deep expertise in vRealize Automation 7.6 to design, implement, and manage automated provisioning and lifecycle workflows across virtualized infrastructure also have exposure to VMware Aria Automation (8.x)

Primary skills : For VMWare role, kindly look for experience in handling the complete VMWARE infrastructure , including migration and upgradation

We are looking for a candidate with the detailed backend process and their concepts and good with logs troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and monitor physical servers, storage systems, and networking equipment.
• Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure data center security, power, cooling, and cabling standards.
• Administer VMware vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi hosts.
• Perform VM provisioning, resource optimization, and performance tuning.
• Implement HA, DRS, vMotion, and storage policies.
• Design and deploy blueprints for multi-tier applications and infrastructure.
• Configure and manage IaaS components, including DEMs, Proxy Agents, and Model Manager.
• Integrate vRA with vSphere, NSX-V, Active Directory, and external systems (IPAM, CMDB).
• Develop custom properties, approval policies, and catalog items.
• Maintain and troubleshoot vRealize Orchestrator (vRO) workflows.
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of vRA components, Document procedures and provide training to junior staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs and project delivery.
• Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across virtual infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with security and operational standards.
