SAP Fieldglass Consultant - Implementation & Support

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Consultant specializing in implementation, incident management, and end-user support. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver robust SAP Fieldglass solutions that support contingent workforce and services procurement. This role is ideal for a professional with a minimum of one full-cycle implementation under their belt and a strong background in providing support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration : You will lead and support end-to-end SAP Fieldglass implementations, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and configuring modules such as Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) and Statement of Work (SOW) . You'll ensure the platform is seamlessly integrated with SAP ERP systems and other third-party applications.
• Incident Management : As an expert, you will monitor and manage incident tickets related to SAP Fieldglass . Your responsibilities will include performing root cause analysis, resolving system issues, and ensuring tickets are closed in a timely manner. You will also collaborate with SAP and other vendors to resolve complex bugs.
• User Support & Training : Provide L2 / L3 support to end-users and super users, handling tasks such as user access and role creation. You will also conduct training sessions and create essential knowledge articles and SOPs to empower users.
