Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Executive - Member Onboarding at RS Matrimonial, located in Central Delhi. The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for guiding new members through the onboarding process, ensuring that their accounts and profiles are set up correctly, assisting members with any challenges they may face during the onboarding process. Executives will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct welcome calls to newly registered members within 24-48 hours of signup
- Guide members through profile completion process step-by-step
- Provide platform tutorials and answer questions about features
- Follow up with members who haven't completed their profiles
- Collect feedback about user experience and pain points
