Gender : Male, Female both (1 Female required)

Qualification : MBA (preferably with specialization in Marketing / Sales).

Location : Dalhousie, Kolkata

Experience : 56 years in media / advertising agency, handling ad sales / revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive advertisement revenue through client acquisition and retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, corporate clients, and key accounts.

Develop customized ad solutions to meet client requirements.

Achieve monthly / quarterly revenue targets.

Track market trends, competition, and explore new revenue opportunities.

Desired Skills :

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Proven track record in ad sales / revenue growth.

Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
