Job Title : Fashion Merchandising & Product Development Intern

Overview : The ePlane Company is looking for a Fashion Merchandising Intern to launch our internal and external merchandise vertical. We aim to create a line of high-quality, thoughtfully designed products that embody our brand values of innovation, precision, and sustainability.

Responsibilities :

• Design & Development : Create original artwork and silhouette concepts for t-shirts, caps, and accessories. Develop mood boards and color palettes inspired by our aircraft and engineering processes.
• Sourcing & Production : Identify and vet suppliers for fabrics and manufacturing. Manage the sampling process to ensure quality standards are met.
• Inventory & Planning : Assist in planning the product mix (SKUs, sizing ratios) based on market research and budget.
• Marketing Collateral : Collaborate with the visual design team to create lookbooks and promotional assets for the merchandise launch.
