Job descriptionQuality & Ethics : Ensure QA gates, safe rollouts, adoption targets, data privacy, ethical AI use. EdTech Nuance : Integrate pedagogy, accessibility, and collaborate with Curriculum teams. Ship 2+ impactful milestones. Establish strong experiment and decision cadence. Improve partner satisfaction through reliable delivery. 3+ years end-to-end product management (0→1 or 1→n). Proficient in analytics (SQL, Mixpanel / Amplitude), experimentation, AI tools (OpenAI, LangChain, RAG). Strong written communication, prioritization, and decision-making under ambiguity. Bonus : EdTech, gamification, subscription growth, platform integrations, revenue / cost ownership experience.
Role : Product Manager (PM-L1 / L2) – NxtWave, Hyderabad (Mon–Fri)
Purpose : Build AI-first EdTech products (teaching, learning, assessment, practice, partner management) to improve student learning outcomes and business results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategy & Discovery : Translate strategy into milestones, conduct customer discovery (students, mentors, employers), size opportunities, competitive analysis.
- AI-First Delivery : Ship LLM / AI-powered features, write PRDs / DRDs, work with Engineering, Design & Data to deliver fast with strong rollout hygiene, manage backlog.
- Metrics & Growth : Define success metrics, instrument events, run A / B tests, analyze data (cohorts, funnels, retention), and iterate.
- Stakeholder & GTM : Align with Business, CX, Marketing;
create storytelling docs, enable teams with release notes / playbooks, coordinate GTM.
