Job descriptionUnderstand client needs and workflows. Offer suitable solutions and ensure smooth resolution of client questions, issues, or requests. Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or features. Support and drive contract renewals to enhance client retention. Develop a strong understanding of our SaaS-based legal tech products. Guide clients on product features, usage, and best practices. Gather client feedback, identify recurring themes, and use these insights to drive product improvements as part of the product team . Conduct onboarding sessions, product demos, and training for new and existing users. Monitor client usage patterns, adoption levels, and potential concerns. Take proactive steps to address issues before they escalate. Document client issues, feature requests, and feedback clearly. Prioritize client-driven needs and collaborate internally to support enhancements. Contribute to improving product usability, workflows, and overall customer experience. Law graduates (LLB / LLM) with strong interest in legal technology. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with ability to understand client workflows and identify gaps. Customer-first attitude with good relationship management skills. Ability to work collaboratively within the product team and across supporting teams. Prior experience in client servicing, product support, or legal research is an advantage but not mandatory .

Experience : Minimum 1 year preferred; however, fresh law graduates with a strong interest in legal tech are also welcome to apply.
Job Description
We are looking for motivated law graduates to join our team as Customer Success & Product Specialists . This role combines client support, product understanding, and product coordination. As part of the Customer Support & Product Team , you will ensure clients have a smooth experience using our legal tech products while also contributing directly to ongoing product improvements.
