Tech Lead power platform

The Tech Lead – Microsoft Power Platform will be responsible for leading the design, development, and management of business solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development, a deep understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform, and proven experience in leading technical teams.

This role requires a passion for innovation, efficiency, and process optimization—transforming complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions.

Key Missions

Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Drive innovation by exploring and adopting the latest Power Platform features and capabilities.

Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in creating scalable and high-performing Power Platform solutions.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.

Act as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Power Platform, advising teams and stakeholders on best practices.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and security guidelines.

Collaborate with IT and business units to integrate Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems such as Dynamics 365, Azure, and SharePoint.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and the Power Platform ecosystem.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge

Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform : Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI (minimum PL-900 certification or higher).

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies .

Familiarity with related Microsoft technologies : Dynamics 365, Azure, SharePoint .

Know-How

Proven ability to design, architect, and implement scalable, efficient, and secure Power Platform solutions.

Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, .NET, and C#.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong understanding of integration patterns and data modeling across Microsoft ecosystems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900 or higher) required.

7-12 years of experience in software development, with at least 3-5 years leading Power Platform projects or teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Azure Services).

Exposure to DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines for Power Platform.

Familiarity with governance and security within Microsoft cloud environments.
