Project Manager / Scrum Master - Agile Methodologies

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to align project goals and expectations.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep teams unblocked and productive.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Agile maturity, process efficiency, and team performance.
• Facilitate clear communication, ensuring transparency and visibility into team progress and deliverables.
• Partner with product owners to maintain and prioritize the product backlog.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, reports, and dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to PMP and Agile best practices, governance, and compliance standards.
