Job descriptionDevelop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity. SAP BusinessObjects Data Services Perform independently and become an SME (Subject Matter Expert). Lead the team of software developers , ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Collaborate with multiple teams to gather requirements and define the project scope. Design, develop, and test software systems according to client specifications. Manage and prioritize project tasks and deliverables , ensuring timely completion. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them grow and improve their skills. Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges throughout the software development lifecycle. Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices across the development team. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to apply the best practices. Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes and methodologies. Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services. Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Experience in designing and implementing data migration strategies. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling. Proficient in SQL and database management systems. Experience with data quality management and data governance. Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects suite and related tools. Experience with Life Sciences . The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Business Objects Data Services. A 15 years full-time education is required.
