Marketing Executive

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Executive to specialize in High Rise Residential, Commercial, Mall, and Leasing properties. This role requires a blend of creative marketing and financial expertise to develop and execute effective campaigns that drive sales and enhance our brand in the competitive real estate market.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Campaign Management : Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads for High Rise Residential, Commercial, Mall, and Leasing projects. This includes everything from digital advertising and content marketing to traditional media and on-site promotions.
• Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, analyze competitor strategies, and pinpoint new opportunities for market penetration. Use data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics and ensure campaigns are both timely and effective.
• Brand Positioning : Work to establish and strengthen the brand identity of our projects. This involves crafting compelling narratives, developing persuasive sales materials, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Strategic Collaboration : Partner with the sales, finance, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Provide strategic support during the launch of new projects and throughout their lifecycle to optimize performance.
• Budget Management : Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing clear insights into key metrics and outcomes.
