What you’ll work on

• Designing and scaling backend systems that can handle real growth
• Building sector-agnostic architectures that stay flexible
• Working with Python or Node.js (both are equally fine)
• Optimizing databases, improving query performance, and making data flow smoothly
• Reviewing system design, spotting bottlenecks, and fixing them before they become disasters
• Collaborating closely with teams, communicating decisions clearly, and mentoring where needed
