Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support business leaders in driving people strategy, talent development, and employee engagement. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to management, ensuring alignment of HR practices with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Drive talent management, learning, and career development initiatives.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees.
