Position : Business Development Manager - EdTech

Experience : 3+ Years (B2B EdTECH SALES)

Qualification : Graduate

Salary : Up to 7.20 LPA Or MORE

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities : -

1) Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EdTech sector, focusing on B2B sales and partnerships.

2) Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions .

3) Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, collaborating with internal teams to drive growth.

3) Field-Based Work : Conduct meetings and presentations in schools and colleges, traveling as needed to meet business objectives.

4) Market Insights : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform business development strategies.

Requirements : -

3+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development in the EdTech industry.

Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the EdTech industry and its ecosystem.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel : Willingness to travel frequently for meetings and presentations.
