Job Title : Field Sales Executive

Location : Bangalore, India

Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth of our subscription-based products by engaging directly with customers in the field, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer acquisition and retention. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work independently while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct field visits to identify potential customers and generate leads for subscription-based products.
  • Present and explain the benefits and features of subscription plans to prospective clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Convert leads into active subscribers and work towards maximizing subscription renewals and customer retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs related to subscription acquisition and retention.
  • Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and subscription status using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for subscribers.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as required.
  • Manage time effectively and plan routes to maximize sales coverage within the assigned territory.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in field sales, preferably with subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and surrounding areas.
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
