PLM Solution Architect (Remote - India)

In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise PLM solutions, focusing on Siemens Teamcenter platforms. You will be responsible for architecting scalable systems that integrate seamlessly with ERP, CAD, and other enterprise tools, while ensuring robust document and BOM management. The position offers the opportunity to guide technical teams, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance across large-scale deployments. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and stay updated on the latest PLM innovations. This role combines technical leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on implementation in a dynamic, global environment.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the technical authority for Teamcenter PLM architecture, ensuring alignment with business and engineering requirements.
• Design, implement, and optimize Teamcenter modules, including Foundation, BOM Management, and Document Management.
• Lead integrations of Teamcenter with ERP, MES, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements, translating them into scalable PLM solutions.
• Develop technical specifications, architecture documents, configuration guides, and deployment plans.
• Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership to development and support teams.
• Troubleshoot complex PLM issues, lead root cause analyses, and ensure system reliability.
• Support data migration, upgrades, and validation activities.
• Monitor Teamcenter roadmap and recommend solution improvements and optimizations.
