The Chief of Staff / Program Manager will work closely with founders to drive operational effectiveness, lead digital transformation initiatives, and support strategy execution for multiple verticals. This role is pivotal in aligning teams, improving business processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making within a dynamic recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and streamline workflows across business units and recruitment verticals.
- Lead digitalisation and automation projects, implementing new platforms and tools to improve efficiency.
- Drive process improvements by identifying bottlenecks, recommending solutions, and monitoring execution outcomes.
- Conduct business analytics, generate insights from performance data, and prepare executive dashboards.
- Support founders in strategic planning, translating business objectives into actionable programs and projects.
- Coordinate and execute new business plans, working cross-functionally to pilot and scale initiatives for different staffing verticals.
- Facilitate effective communication between leadership, key stakeholders, and teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues promptly.
Candidate Profile
2-5 years’ experience in operations, business analytics, project / program management, or digital transformation (preferably within recruitment, talent acquisition, or business operations).Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving implementation across teams.Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel / data tools, and experience with process automation or digital systems.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to handle ambiguity, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced startup or scaling environment.
