Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Executive who can handle inbound leads of business inquiries. Most leads are individuals who want to start their businesses in Canada or existing business owners who want to promote and scale their business.

Your role will be to engage with these inbound leads, understand their needs, present TheXMedia’s services, and close them into paying clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and qualify inbound leads from calls, emails, and social media inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements (business start-up support, branding, or marketing).
  • Educate prospects on TheXMedia’s services (branding, content creation, lead generation, automations).
  • Build strong client relationships and deliver a consultative sales approach .
  • Maintain a consistent follow-up process to close deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Report regularly to management on lead status, sales pipeline, and results.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (preferably in marketing, media, or business consultancy).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle inbound leads and convert them into clients.
  • Strong understanding of business needs in Canada
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • CRM knowledge and experience with digital tools is an asset.
  • Compensation
